Professional 1.25 Qt Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is large, something we will take out for special occasions. It is a pretty machine and definitely could be left out on a counter on display if you have the counter space. We chose the almond milk recipe, which is included in the instructions. There were recipes for coffee frappes, traditional ice cream, sorbet and frozen yogurt, too. The recipe was easy with only 3 ingredients I had on hand. After mixing, you pour the liquid into the top reservoir, put the lid on, push the power button and select the thickness level of your treat. The machine has some noise yo it but not obnoxious. We were still carrying on conversations just fine. It took probably about 25 minutes before it was finished. The screen counts up by percentage. It started at 50% immediately, stayed there for awhile, got busy snd next thing I know it was done at 100%! You pull the lever down all the way and the ice cream comes out. It wasn't pretty like you normally see but it was SO tasty! Beats having to go out of the house for ice cream. The machine will keep the ice cream cold for 6 hours and periodically mix it. There is a cleaning function, which is cool! We moved it to over our sink and kind of tipped it so the water dumped out as it cleaned. The only drawback is the very bottom tray does not come off so the machine can't just hang over the sink to clean. Overall, great product!! My family loves it. Makes simple, tasty ice cream without all the preservatives and cleans up easily. Highly recommend!
