Good quality pan. Nonstick surface is definitely better than other pans I have had. Things don’t stick, even in the middle of cooking. Clean-up is super easy. No soaking needed, no (gentle) scraping needed. I’m in love! You do get what you pay for.
Update one year later and it started to look like the coating was starting to come off in little spots. I always cleaned it gently. My husband sometimes soaked it and cleaned it himself but he also know not to use anything abrasive. At first, I thought the little spots were grease that wouldn’t come off. Then looking closely I saw one that was larger looked like the coating had come off and was showing g a darker material beneath it. I threw it away. Whether it was the coating coming off or things sticking to it, I was disappointed it didn’t last longer.
