Poêle à frire NUCU

Received this beautiful pan from wayfair. It is a large size 13’ fry pan that will accommodate large portion when cooking with a generous deep siding to prevent spilling. It is stainless steel so cooks evenly without hot spots. This pan clean up easily when sprayed or using oil. Can go in the oven at a temp up to 450 I just wish I had the matching lid . I have All-Clad so this pan fits in nice with my others

The size is perfect. I have a large family and my frying pan just wasn’t big enough. I still have to use non stick spray but no biggie. Overall quality is amazing and it is a little heavier than I thought it would.

I've never owned a frying pan at this price point. I usually pay half this price for cookware but as my mom always told me, "you get what you pay for!" I have the 11 inch frying pan, and it is NICE! Somehow the three meals I've cooked in it have come out better than they have in any other pans I've owned. I'm not sure what the secret is, and I am not a great cook by any means, but I feel like my cooking skills went up a notch since using my NUCU frying pan. I cook with walnut oil because of the heart healthy omega-3s, and by just using a little oil, nothing sticks to this pan. I didn't opt for the non-stick by NUCU because I'm a little concerned about what non-stick surfaces are coated with. The frying pan has a bit of weight, not like a cast iron pan, but enough so that it is sturdy and stays put on the burner. The extra long handle stays cool and seems to be lighter weight than handles on other pans I've owned. All in all, I'm impressed and glad that this price point delivered a really well made frying pan that I'm confident I'll be using for a long time to come!

What an absolutely gorgeous pan. I know those weird to say about a pan, but that was my first thought when I took it out of the package. It is heavy and extremely well constructed. It evenly heats and cleans up easily. If you are looking for a professional upgrade to your cookware, definitely get this.
