It works well. My only complaint is that it is hard to fit 2 potspans if one is a large potpan.

Item was "open box." But I did not know that meant it also came WITHOUT any user's manual or guide! Had to go online to the manufacturer's website and find one before I could even be certain that I was operating everything properly. Especially with "no returns allowed on open box items."

The description wasnt clear, this induction cooktop cant be installed. Can only be used on top of the counter. I returned. If you need one on top then you may like it.
