Very sharp knife. Great for brisket or flank steak. It's perfect for slicing through a watermelon!

Not as expected. I was looking and shopping for a 14” blade brisket knife. The Specifications for this Oklahoma Joe’s brisketsay 14” blade “end to end”. Packaging, not shown in add, boldly says 12” Blade, but I already have a one with a 12” blade. I would like to return this. As you can see in the photo it is unopened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knife! I haven’t used it in BBQ yet but I’ve sliced many things with it and it gives a nice clean cut. It’s not too heavy and comes in a nice sleeve for storage. It’s easy to clean and overall I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is intimidating and large. Definitely for meat carving. I also used to cut a large watermelon and it made that pretty easy. Love the leather sleeve that comes with it. Helps when taking a meat dish to a picnic somewhere beyond home.
