[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this knife for BBQ prep and it’s excellent. The balance is really nice in the hand and it came extremely sharp right out of the box. It slices ribs and trims meat effortlessly. Very impressed with the quality for the price.

It’s a rugged, no-nonsense workhorse. It’s not a delicate Japanese blade you have to baby; it’s built to get dirty, get sharpened, and do work!
