[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with the durability and performance of the Ostba commercial blender hand mixer. This blender is incredibly powerful and can quickly process large amounts of food with amazing consistency. I love using it in different dishes, including vegetable soups, ice cream fruit sauces, and many other recipes. It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on. My husband helped me out. You need to press the safety button first to turn on the power switch. You have the option to keep it on. To do that, you need to press lock button so it stays on without you holding the on button. It also has a long cord, which is great if you need to move it around. If you are looking for a lightweight or countertop blender, this might not be the best fit. The blender is medium-heavy and large. It's also easy to clean. Plus, it comes with an extra replacement blade head and a bracket to hang it on the wall. The power is truly outstanding, and it can handle everything from crushing ice for smoothies and shakes to finely blending berries. I would recommend it.
