Mélangeur Oster® Classic Series à 16 vitesses avec hachoir et bol en verre, nickel brossé

I’ve had my blender/food processor for sometime. In hindsight, I guess I should have contacted Oster sooner, but I did not. The blender/food processor I have now is the second one, as I was pleased with the first one, However, about the second or third time I used it, one of the locks that holds the top down broke. Now it will not lock, an I have to hold it down with my hand to use it. I’m wondering if the just food processor is available to replace it. The blender works fine,

I absolutely love, love, love this blender and food processor. Recently my Food processor attachment broke. I am trying to find a replacement but I haven’t had any luck. Please Oster help me. Can you please reach out to me via email.

The lid on the blender jar fails to stay in place once the blender is turned on. As soon as it begins working, the lid moves around the rounded jar. The lid on this model does not lock into place. I am referring to the lid on the blender jar, not to the food chopper jar. The lid comes with no means to lock into place; it fails to seal the jar. This is the opposite of my old Oster model, with a square jar (16 speed). Too expensive for a defective item. Not recommended.

I have always owned an Oster blender, and was very excited when I came across this Blender/food processor combo. Unfortunately, my excitement was short lived. After the third or fourth time using it to make bean dip, one of the lid locks broke off. It was also then that I noticed a crack on the bottom side of the jar. I am very disappointed in the food processor, Oster. I have not experienced any issues with the blender, and hope that I don’t. My last Oster blender lasted many, many years!

I bought and used this for about a year the blender is fine works well for all my needs but the food processor is underpowered and extremely fragile. It barely stayed together and I continued to use it after it cracked now it is totally destroyed.
