Excellent quality that you can expect from cast iron. I made a sourdough and came out great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are the handles. It requites two hands to take off the lid vs a more standard knob on top that most other dutch ovens have. Overall happy with it though.

I Absolutely love this cookware. The quality is excellent and heats up well. I seared chicken thighs and it gave it a nice crisp. I look forward to making a lot of dishes with it. I also like that its versatile and the top can be used as a skillet

Love, love, this Dutch oven. Ive used it to make a roast which came out fantastic. I love the duality of the lid which can be used as a skillet as well. It cleans up well. Delivery was fast and packaged well.
