[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it was actually a replacement didn't purchase this one but I love Oxo pepper grinders my original one quit working properly but after I received the replacement I completely took apart the old one, and found a screw head came loose internally I tightened the screw back up and it's as good as new I would definitely buy Oxo products they work well and if they break Oxo stands behind them they're what a company should be
