This pitcher is fantastic! Great size and beautifully made!!

My review is primarily based on Wayfair customer service. I tried to cancel this order when I saw the exact same item at less than half the price elsewhere. Wayfair waited an entire day to advise me it was too late to cancel. I even made the offer to keep the item if they were willing to match the competitor pricing. They declined. As for the actual pitcher....It is decent quality although I find it difficult to believe it is glass. Certainly has the feel of plastic so if a high quality glass pitcher is what you're looking for I suggest you join me in looking elsewhere. I used to hold Wayfair in high regard. "Used to" being the operative words in that sentence.

The first 61 oz./1.8 L Water Pitcher with Silicone Base I ordered arrived broken; I could hear shattered glass without opening the package. When I reordered, I told the representative there was no fragile warning on the package, and she said she would notify the sender. The replacement arrived today with the same issue—no fragile label and another shattered pitcher. The Wayfair representative was kind and apologetic, and she said she would process my requested refund.

I’ve used this pitcher a few times since getting it and I absolutely love it. It’s made of glass but doesn’t feel heavy or look cheap. I like that it comes with a silicone base that is removable for cleaning but helps to protect it from breaking. Also I like that the lid has two different pouring options depending on what you put in it. The lid fits snugly but could be a bit more secure because it sometimes spills when contents are shaken up.
