Great butcher board. The engraving works to collect juices from meat to keep it from spilling over. It’s quite bulky, so make sure you have a big enough sink to clean it. I also recommend applying a board creamoil before initial use, and as needed after continued use. This will help keep it waterproofed and long-lasting.
