The cutting board itself is GREAT! Personalization process was challenging. First chat rep. said the pictured "key" graphic was NOT available; that a date must be entered in that personalization field. A lot of back and forth with her, I didn't give up, and another rep. learned that the "key" graphic was indeed an option. Duh... The board was delivered quickly, and is of good quality.
