The first one I received was broken in half and there was no s at the end of the family name. I called and reported the issue and the 2nd one I received still had no s at the end of the family name. I called again and was sent a 3rd one still with no s at the end of the family name. I am trying to find a local engraver who can add the s. This was a $50 failure.
