Plates are beautiful and very dramatic in appearance. Unfortunately the dinner plates measured much larger at 11.25 "than listed in the description (10.5") so that they would not fit in the dishwasher. I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund, so I can't rate customer service quite yet. The mugs in this set are quite large. Might be good for coffee lovers, but not so much for tea drinkers. Bowls are tall and deep so that they won't double well as serving bowls for side dishes.

Provided great quality of what was expected

We really love these plates, and actually are planning to get another set so we have enough for the holidays when family can come over again. Super hardy with no chips, and they are really pretty. I ran them through the dishwasher multiple times, along with the microwave and they are still perfect. Definitely worth it!

Such a pretty set! The colors are so classy and elegant with a very simple pattern, truly timeless! And the size of the pieces is perfect, especially the bowls which are perfect as a cereal bowl. And with the Pfaltzgraff name you know it’s good quality.

Great material. Not cheap quality but thick and great. The plates are so beautiful. Delivered quickly and packed extremely well. I love this set. Very pleased with it. The color is beautiful and bright.
