Im giving this a low score because originally the wrong item was delivered to me.

Very beautiful and perfect glasses with their “matching” goblets. However one glass was crushedbroken in the box when initially opening. The box looked like the glasses were replaced into this box and not as secure as the other box of 4 glasses which appeared to have been that in factory packed condition. I still have to call Wayfair about it but in the past customer service was very nice and easy to deal with regarding broken pieces. They simply replaced the ceramic item which was delicate and fragile.
