Arrived on time as promised. No instruction manual included, just a fold out "how to set up" set of instructions. The QR code for help takes you to the Phillips home page and on my Iphone could not navigate to a Manual. From a PC I was able to search out and hunt down and print a manual. The QR code SHOULD take you to the Instruction Manual! This is a complex machine and a good manual is required. Machine seems to work fine , most of the time, but a few times will not add coffee when Capicino is selected.

Love my machine. My brother has a 5000 series but I didn’t want to pay that much. I am very happy with the 3000 series. Only down side is the smaller water holder that you have to fill up often. Otherwise I love it and have had zero issues with the machine for the 8 months I have had it.

I bought this a month ago and I am happy with my purchase so far. The fact that is fully automatic is very practical and it saves me time.

I’ve had this machine for a month now and really love it. It brews great coffee and the controls allow me to easily customize my drinks. It is easy to clean and maintain. It is fairly small and does not require a large space. The water tank is my only compliant; it does not always register after I refill it, and I have to remove/reinsert it several times to get the machine to accept it. This is not a big enough concern to warrant a return, though.

This is the fourth Phillips Saeco that I have owned. This 3200 is by far the easiest to use and makes the best coffee
