It does what it’s supposed to do. I find it fairly pricey though, so we’ll see long term if it holds up.

Works well and have enjoyed using it! Build is solid and sturdy with limited plastic in contact with milk. The magnet design is smart, but cleaning the interior without getting everything wet is difficult. The “max fill” line is hard to see, so I overflowed the milk the first time however, there is a hole in the base that prevented damage to the heating element on the base. There was no set of directions included with the box, but the documents are available online.

This a true, one year of use, not sponsored reviews. If you go above the max line, the milk will overflow, run down the sides and get into very hard to clean components at the bottom. You must wash it immediately after use or layers of milk will bake into the wall. The lining scratches easily, I have been using a plastic, flat edge spatula to scrap off the baked milk and it still gets scratched and looks terrible inside, but I'm not going to buy another one because it still works as it should. You have to dump out the milk almost immediately or the liquid on the bottom will pour out and the froth will stay in. Also, the frith takes about 20 minutes to dissolve into the coffee so if you drink it fast the froth will stick to the side of your cup, so you're never finishing a hot cup with the foam. If you make one cup after another, clean the frother with cold water to lower the temperature because more milk will bake into it and more foam will be produced. My advice to Phillips is to make the device larger with a lining that doesn't scratch easily.

Pretty poor that cannot even last more than 2 months. It was loud from the start. Going to try and return but already threw out the box. Not crazy about all the plastic parts. It was a gift for Christmas but not worth the money.
