I wish I could give this zero stars. Negative stars. For both the broduct, seller and Wayfair. Color was significantly darker, there were no screws in any of three I ordered, significant damage to the pieces making it really only ideal for firewood, shipping was a nightmare, and Wayfair sales associates lying about the progress (still on the loading dock yet gets delivered cross-country in a matter of hours). Not the first time something like this happened with Wayfair and one of its embarrassment of a seller but this was enough to make me wash my hands clean of this joke of a company.

I like the product, but it was delivered defective and the one of the side panels did not have all the holes drilled for assembly. I requested a new side piece get delivered.

Arrived on time. The quality of wood not as nice as other rack I had ordered. Some of the pre drilled holes were a little off so made it a little tricky to put together. Used a rubber mallet to get things lined up. Pretty sturdy and will work perfectly in my pantry. Wouldn’t want to use it on table top though.

I Love this wine rack. The color, size & good quality is perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Beats my expectaions!
