The handle is alittle thick for my hands but after using a few times I got used to it. The blades are very sharp but give a precise cut. I am glad I got to try this electric knife out it made cutting my Easter ham a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great solution for our family as we use this for cutting meats around holidays like turkey, prime rib, etc. and for bread if we make or buy a fresh loaf. Works great no complaints on performance. Handle could be a little bit more comfortable. Cord is plenty long. Seemingly easy to clean and take the blades out. No storage case, but it's not that big so easy to stow away. For our occasional use, this is an excellent option!

For years and years, every time I've readied myself to carve the Thanksgiving turkey, the Christmas prime rib, or the Easter lamb roast, I've kicked myself for not having bothered to get one. I finally fixed that situation! I've already used this one a few times and wish I'd had it for years. It's very easy to use, slices cleanly and smoothly (truly, Easter lamb sliced like butter this year), and is a breeze to clean. The blades release with the touch of the button and can go right in the dishwasher. Don't be like me and wait too long. Just get this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the Proctor Silex Electric Knife. I always had problems slicing breads and meats with my severe carpal tunnel. Now using this I have no problem. It makes light work of it all. Cutting bagels is a breeze now, and admittedly this is kind of fun to use as well. I 100% recommend buying this. I feel every household should own one. :-)
