Simple and functional. I have used this three times since it arrived! I like my recipes handy so this holder is perfect. I can fit a cookbook in there, but I will mostly use it in my baking station to hold laminated recipe cards. It can even be hung on the wall, which I am likely to do. Then I can keep all my cards right on it. It stands on its own and doesn't bend. It does not come with matching screws, just of note. Handy addition to my baking center just in time for holiday baking!

Nice sturdy metal display stand. Holds a very heavy book as shown here. Bought it to hold a small decorative plate, but it’s too small for this stand. I highly recommend it for larger items to display.

Nice, basic easel. This will work great for smaller sized picture frames 8x10 and smaller or for cookbooks. Since it doesn’t have a back triangle type support, it doesn’t support taller items, heavier items. This will be nice for decorating or if I need to keep a cookbook open for baking and cooking.
