Well packaged with no damage. Very simple to assemble the three separate trays just slide together with no force at all. The power cord is long enough for most needs. The panel function buttons are on the far right tray. The default setting for the temperature is 212, but can be turned lower if needed. You will want to separate the three trays if you are storing it so they fit in a small space. Love this warming tray.

One of the biggest selling points is that you get 3 separate trays that can be used all together, two at a time or just the main controller. I was impressed how quickly it warmed and was very effective at keeping the food warm. The controls are easy to read, with a locking feature so no accidental changes to temperature or shutting it off. The timer feature is an added bonus. It has a low profile so it does not raise the foods too high off table for access. Also I like the sleek design that does not ruin the look of buffet setup. Cools down quickly and wipes clean easily. I am glad it detaches to 3 pieces and is stackable for storage, otherwise I would never have been able to have such a nice large warming tray. The trays got a lot of attention from others commenting on how nice it looked.
