The lid does not fit tight, but overall it is a very large glass canister that can be used for a variety of items.

The jar is nice and big, just as I hoped for. The lid is very loose fitting so I can’t store what I wanted to in it.

Beautiful but both I bought are WAY bigger than dimensions on this page.

This pantry jar is great for flour. With its large opening for measuring flour out. The weight of the jar is great. The size is perfect for moving from the pantry to your table. I give it 5 stars because of the opening and there isn't any mess after. Pros: Its a heavy duty glass with a great quality lid. Cons: the size its hard to wash in the sink.
