Twice, I have been sent the wrong set of mugs! The wrong mug is on the right side of the photos. The handle is different the base is different and the textured pattern is different. Do you not have the mug that is pictured with the item #? I recently ordered a third set of 16 pieces and the mugs that came with it were correct. Customer service gave me the item # for a set of 4 mugs.
