Ordered two and both had a broken plastic washer but doesn’t appear to be needed as they are working fine. Pretty pricey but very convenient and adds storage since it replaced a half depth fixed shelf

This is a great product. It is only one shelf, not two, as pictured. The extra cost of the Rev-a-shelf products are worth it for the material quality. The slide easily, are strong (I use cast iron pans), and feel like they'll last a lifetime.
