I loved this so much, felt like a little luxury for myself each day. I was so careful wit but broke it after a few months in soapy water. Slippery when wet.

Beautiful French press! I had a hard time finding a large-capacity one that was also stylish. Most larger options look more like practical travel thermoses, while this one looks lovely in a cozy kitchen. My only suggestion would be to add a silicone ring where the ceramic lid meets the base. Right now it’s ceramic against ceramic, so I’m a little nervous about accidentally letting the lid slide down and chip or crack. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it and definitely keeping it!

Looks like the picture. The pitcher is very nice. But there’s no rubber ring around base of the lid — it’s ceramic on ceramic. The lid is also too loose around the center pin, so it kind of flops around. Not ideal for French press. I’ll use it more as a pitcher.

FANTASTIC french press. Preseason the press with HOT water before making the coffee to ensure you dont lose too much heat in warming up the press. Aside from that, it is elegant and works great. Highly recommend.

Nice looking. Nothing to hold the lid on .should have a rubber seal.
