It’s small but big enough for one person.

For two person-meals, this makes more than enough and quickly. Rice comes out very fluffy. Steaming veggies or even thin meats, on the included 'rack/bowl' steamer, works really well too.

This is not a 6 cup capacity cooker. It’s a 3 cup capacity and I had to return

This Salton Automatic 6-Cup Rice Cooker is convenient rice cooker. It makes nice and fluffy rice with a useful keep warm setting. For us the 6-cup capacity is ideal for our meals. I like the clear glass lid to see the rice while cooking. It only loses a star because the non-stick coating can scratch if you aren't extra careful when washing or scooping rice so I'd use soft cloth and a plastic ladle. Overall I love it.
