Most cutting board are very soft wood with a grainy feel but this one is none of that , it’s so sleek and hard wood but very soft to the touch. Easily can be stored away with it being 3 pieces and very easy to clean .

The material is really good and I can cut everything so well. The 2 sizes are perfect and work amazing for me. They are also easy to clean and stock
