Nice collection of cutting boards to display in our model home.

They come in handy when you're doing a lot of meal prep and need different ones for different ingredients without having to wash the same one between meats/veggies or fruit. The wood is a nice hard material but soft enough it won't damage the blade from what I can tell with my first uses. Theyre light so they're easy to move around unlock some that are very heavy and inconvenient to move when you have a small kitchen. The only downsides are that the weight is a little less than I'd like and theres no groove for juices. The smaller ones tend to move around a little big when handling ingredients or if the counter gets wet with juices or anything since they're so light and don't have rubber feet for grip.

The small one handles garlic and herbs, the medium one owns cheese duty, and the large one? That’s where the real magic happens. Wood this beautiful shouldn’t be legal in a kitchen — it makes even my mediocre knife skills look intentional.
