Il était écrit que le chaudron est en fonte émaillée, mais l'émail n'est qu'à l'extérieur. L'intérieur est en fonte brute. L'article est vraiment magnifique, mais j'ai malheureusement dû procéder à un retour. Je souhaitais un modèle en fonte émaillée afin de faciliter le nettoyage et éviter les risques de rouille. C'est bien dommage, car si l'intérieur avait été émaillé, ce chaudron aurait été parfait.

So impressed with the look of this cauldron pot! It is well made and heavy so I am excited to try it out this fall as a serving dish for sides or chili. Not sure how it will hold up in the oven or on the stove.

This season there were a few electric cauldrons hitting the market but you cant go wrong with cast iron....like ever! I chose the glossy finish and its so gorgeous! Affordable but very well made, as expected from Smith Clark. I love details like the traditional cauldron shape and the moveable handle.
