I recently started using this pizza steel, and it has completely elevated my homemade pizza game. The heat retention is incredible—it gets much hotter than a traditional pizza stone and delivers a perfectly crisp, golden crust every time. I noticed a big difference right away, especially with how evenly the pizza cooks from edge to center.
