The design of this tea kettle is great BUT it doesn't function very well! The kettle has a whistle that doesn't work. When the water boils, hot steam comes out of the lid and makes the handle hot so you cannot lift the tea kettle to use. I can't imagine making a tea kettle like that! I really like the design but it really isn't usable.

Nice looking but overpriced. Cheaply made. Handle is loose and no one has the right screwdriver end to fit to tighten it. The cap on the spout doesn’t stay on well.
