I did the non-stick test by heating the pan WITHOUT greasing it, then cracked an egg in. As you can see from the picture I provided it failed. Like many products which claim to be non-stick they are only actually non-stick if you first add butter or oil to grease the pan first. If you want cookware which is truly non-stick you have to go with high end products. Yes, they are expensive but you get what you pay for and they will last for many years. I am keeping these only because I had a coupon and as long as you grease the pan first they are fine.
If there is anything positive to say they are lightweight and look exactly as advertised.
