These look exactly like the ones my parents had in the 50s and 60s. Every winter my mother would take them down from the high cabinet along with a pitcher (same likeness) and she would make REAL hot cocoa and pour it into the pitcher and then, the mugs. When I saw them, I had to get them. They brought back such wonderful memories. Since it was just me and the hubby, I sent the other two mugs as a gift to my sister and her hubby because she remembers them too. It's nice to have such fond memories when you're 67!
