Outside box was slightly damaged, but it was packed VERY well and there was no damage to the item. Super impressed. Used once and so far, it's perfect. Exactly as described and what I was looking for. Would highly recommend.

Putting it together was fairly easy it took about an hour. The instructions weren’t clear about size of the screws so we had to figure it out on our own. Glass was secured well and everything was in perfect shape. I did not expect how big the warmer turned out to be so if you get it check measurements before hand. It’s quite large. It is amazing for hosting parties. I can do bbq on the grill and keep it warm in the warmer for the quests all day. They can easily go and grab any food they want like hot dogs, wings or any meat I cook before. It will keep food warm all day. Also I’m thinking about doing tea time with my girlfriends and I can keep all the pastries warm and ready to go when we want to eat. It’s wonderful. parties.
