[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this thermometer. It automatically turns on when you open it up and you can choose between Fahrenheit or Celcius. It seems to be accurate and it reads the temperature very fast. The orientation of the numbers also changes depending on how you hold it, which makes it really easy to read the temperature. I love that they included the safe cooking temperatures of different meats on the back in case I can’t remember while cooking. I’d definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Lightning instant read meat thermometer by ThermaPro during prep for a recent meal. This product delivers! When cooking, time is key. Having a product that quickly provides an accurate read out is very important. This thermometer is easy to use, has a good feel/weight to it, folds up and looks good, too. (I tested the thermometer in the air as well as inserted into cooking meat so the contrast of temps could be seen.) I am looking forward to using the Lightning Instant Read Thermometer when prepping the Thanksgiving turkey!
