I finally upgraded my knives an I was looking for a quality scraper that fit my small hands. This scraper is very easy to use and has added fun to making sourdough (hey Pizza) I no longer chase my fine dice across the board. Sturdy and ergonomic.

I bought two. One for my daughter & one for myself. We both love them. My daughter went to culinary school & says no chef should be without one.

This is a very handy tool. I was surprised by how many ways I have found to use it. Handel is comfortable and the scraper is strong and firm. Great new tool in my kitchen!
