Very sturdy material..havent used yet..but I really think its going to do the job... no wires to pop a loose while you mixing ....thats a plus

This whisk is great, but the glue used to hold the wrapped label to the handle was so sticky I had to use goo gone, then the hard wrapper cut my finger. Be careful unwrapping this.

I really love this whisk. I did not think I'd use it as much as I do. It's very sturdy and I don't think it will fall apart like the wire whisks I have.
