Very nice and elegant winebox. I love that it came with the trimmings inside so I don't have to pack it myself. The wine glasses are very nice and sturdy. Feel more expensive than the price would imply. The box is also very sturdy, and I love the metal hinges. Gives it a handmade feel. Perfect for anyone wanting to gift someone wine in an extra special way.

Wood Wine Gift Box I ordered this item for an upcoming birthday gift. I thought that it would be a lovely way to present a bottle of wine to my friend. The usual gift bag is not quite as impressive. The wine box is a light-colored hinged wooden box with metal latches to keep it closed. The box comes with two stemless wine glasses. The bottom of the glasses has been dipped in a gold coating to give them an elegant appearance. The wine glasses are indeed glass and not plastic. They are well packaged in Styrofoam to avoid any breakage. Included in the box is some raffia straw to place around the bottle of wine for a festive note. The item was packaged fairly well for shipping and was received in a timely fashion. I did note some minor damage to one of the corners of the wooden box. I think that the wood used to construct the box is very soft. It puts me in mind of balsa wood used to make models. I think that I might paint the box before using it which could mitigate some further dings and dents. The surface is very smooth and would accept paint well. Overall I am pleased with this item however I am only giving it four stars because of the light-weight nature of the wood.

Super cute thinking of using as a gift paired with a nice bottle of wine. Well made and love the metal latches. The two gold-dipped stemless glasses are beautiful and it appears the box would be easy to reuse.
