The chain was very noisy from the start and did not hold you only 8 people using each morn and burned out in about 6 months had to send back. We didn't know it was suppose to be quite. We bought Two and the other one in another building isn't used as much, hope it holds up. Oh and they take too long to heat up in that respect single toasters are faster.

Works well. Next time I will order a larger one though to fit double orders. Nice fit in space that I had available

I was incredibly pleased with this. It worked just like I hoped it would. Well worth the money. It is excellent for toasting buns and croissants.
