VEVOR Countertop Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker

I've always wanted a soft serve machine and this guy called to me. He is heavy! Be prepared to have a sturdy spot to place him. The written instructions provided are not exactly clear. There is evidence that the instructions, while in English, were not written by a native English speaker. But, between deciphering the written instructions and a video that popped up from scanning the QR code on the machine, it wasn't too hard to get it going. One thing that isn't clear is how to clean it. The instructions say water but we purchased a cleaner specifically for soft serve ice cream machines called Stera Sheen and cleaned the parts and ran cleaner through the machine before we used it for the first time and will use it to clean in between batches. We were a bit concerned that it may need heavier wiring than our house has, but it fired up and has been running fine. We have 20 amp breakers. An electrician looked at it and said minimum 20 amp but ideally 30 amp. Set to 4.3 hardness and perfect soft serve right from the first pull. Gave everybody in the neighborhood a cone to celebrate realizing my dream of soft serve machine ownership. It's way more machine than I needed, but no regrets. Gotta grab that joy.

Excellent machine. Perfect size for our church. It arrived via freight, and the truck driver graciously brought the skid right into the fellowship all for us! We used the new machine within a week and the church families LOVED the ice cream! Great purchase for our church!

For the price this product is a good value. The only complaint I have is the recovery time. We sell a 12 oz and a 16 oz cup. You can only get 2 16 oz cups before you have to wait 5 min for recovery. I am satisfied with the ease of cleaning and operation. Let’s see how long it last. The instruction book has a lot to be desired for operation.

I love the product. Shipping on the other hand was a nightmare. It took several days to finally leave the facility. When it reached one of the last destinations, they scheduled delivery. It sat at the final destination for three days before going back to the seller. After multiple calls, we discovered it was loaded wrong. If you ever order and are told the delivery is coming from SAIA all I can say is good luck!
