Good machine if this is what you want. For point of information this is Vevor's model BX-10T which is the smallest one in this style, it's mixing capacity is between 14 - 16.5 lbs of meat, (as noted in the Vevor Manual).

I only put in half of the amount that it says and it wouldn't work well at all. The item was flexing and nearly looked like the seams were coming apart.
