I love these heavy duty baking pans. So much nicer than the older, thinner aluminum ones I replaced.

Easy to clean and functional for home bakery.

This is a really nice set. They are thick, easy to clean and seem pretty durable. They also have some weight to them but aren’t really heavy. The muffin cups are a bit shallow but that doesn’t seem to affect baking.

I am a big fan of Viking. No Not the football team, of the Viking cookware and appliances. This is my first Viking Bakeware is it’s just as fabulous as the other items. Heavy duty with a weight that will not warp! Every piece is a bakers essential and can be used for more than the typical baking. The finish is so slick and smooth that nothing will stick, even if you leave the cookies in the oven just a little bit longer than you should. The bakeware has even heating as well. There is an added rack with the sheet pan that can double as a cooling rack. Great addition to my cookware collection.

These baking pans are absolutely perfect. They are made of strong aluminum which speaks to their durability. They are the perfect size for most baking recipes and stack very neatly together for great storage.
