Great Christmas plates with an interesting shape. Villeroy and Boch quality is always dependable. I have other patterns that I have cleaned in my dishwasher daily for 20 years and they are still perfect.

Villeroy and Boch's "Toys Delight" series of porcelain pieces for Christmas dining , including the bread and butter plates which arrived promptly and safely ,have been pleasing me for several years now at Christmas time. They are colorful, sturdy and stackable (except for the cups ). They are generously sized, holding more than any American or English brand of Christmas themed china I have encountered or researched. Another thing, they are sprinkled all over with delicate gold-toned stars that add to the overall charm, without compromising its ability to be microwaved or put through the dishwasher, which is handy. They are always a wonderful, quality item, but on sale , they're great ! I have been adding to my collection over several years, because I can count on the quality of each item, and the design and choice of colors make me happy !
