This is a great fondue set. I really like the design of it and the quality. It works really well.

I bought two of these. All settings went to boil and everything got burned at a dinner party I had. It was as if the control for heart himedlow, etc was set to the highest. I should get my money back.

The fondue pot was easy to use, it took very little time to heat to temperature and maintained a constant temperture throughout the meal. Clean up was a breeze. I love the temperature control and its easy removal for cleaning and storage. The only change I would suggest is to lenghten the electrical cord.

We have fondue at least twice a month and this one is very easy to use, its hot when your ready to eat
