I was very disappointed with the quality and stability of this item. Even after it was assembled and secured to the wall it still had some wobble to it. I also thought it was more colorful than what it actually was

We were looking for an inexpensive wine rack to put in our basement. Th Monish 40 bottle rack looked perfect for our needs. The rack came in two boxes on two separate days. It is made of very thin /soft pine. The top had some gouges, but we were putting in the basement so we accepted that. It should be noted that the photos of the rack shows two(2) cross members (one for the front and one for the back. The first package came with all the parts and screws - except only ONE cross member. The instructions only show one. HOWEVER - the second package came with a second cross member and the screws need. We were glad that they internally new it needed the second cross member - thank you for good quality control.

Workmanship is poor; nails sticking out where they missed the cross-pieces in assembly. The item was shipped in two separate boxes - it's clear to me that the original manufacturer missed including one of the smaller, longer pieces of wood and this was rectified by shipping that alone in a separate box approximately 1 cm x 1 cm x 35 cm. As you can imagine, without protection to support the middle, this piece arrived very damaged (essentially snapped in the middle from pressure somewhere). Additionally, the two pieces were split up in transit and that second small piece took several additional days to arrive with no possibility to track it. The pine that this unit is made of is very, very soft so you will have to ensure that is located somewhere where it cannot be hit by anything as it will damage it immediately. It may also make sense to protect it with a stain or varethane as the wood finish is not smooth and it will otherwise be impossible to clean.
