Pros: can work for either right or left blind cupboards, sturdy, great customer service to replace bent frame (dropped from some height in shipping I’d guess). Con: instructions are a bit difficult to read, couldn’t install because the cupboard door needs to be at least 1/2 inch thick and my cupboard has a thin center panel that the screw would protrude from, had to pay $40 to return the item. I really wanted this to work and I think if you have the right conditions it would be a great solution. TIP: download the installation instructions to determine if you have the right conditions for installing this unit. Look at depth of screws for different locations, access points for installation, and correct dimensions for the installation process.
