This knife is amazing! I’ve always wanted a WÜSTHOF set of knives….but, I think this knife is so versatile that it could be the “one and done” knife!! Love it!

Great weight, sharpness, quality and rock. The only qualm I have is this is the 3rd knife I've gone thru because I am a professional chef, and knives do fall off cutting boards. This tip will break clean off with little to no impact.

Feel quality and blade are very nice. I’m just disappointed that I received a dull knife. Out of the box, I had to sharpen it.

The knife is very well balanced and feels great in your hand. It's great for cutting everything from vegetables to meat. It's incredibly sharp and it has a great edge that hasn't dulled at all since it arrived. I would highly recommend this to anyone who's interested in a superbly well made knife

I love wusthof. I have used my wusthof knife for 7 years without sharpening it, and it is still excellent.
