Lived in Alaska for over 40 years and was looking for a new knife to fillet fish. This knife is way too flexible to accomplish this.

I have not had the opportunity to use the knife yet, I have one just like it that i have used for years and wanted to have a back up knife. Our Salmon fishing is a late July trip and we fillet the fish along the River as we catch them.
