Our favorite go to knife in the kitchen. We gave this one as a gift and our friend couldn't be happier with it. Can use it on more than just tomatoes. Wüsthof uses quality steel and is still a reputable brand. Very happy to have this knife in our kitchen! Thank you!

Pros: Extremely sharp, works well slicing vegetables, break. Cons: Too long, making it awkward to handle at time. Ideally would like the same knife shorter. More similar to the utility knife that was discontinued.

Pleased with product; need some time to get used to the length; a little longer than Wenger grand maitre previously used. Very happy with sharpness.

A wonderful addition to my kitchen. A real workhorse, I reach for it every day. Love the smaller size with serrated edges for fruits and vegetables.
